You may have heard this many times and say to yourself that it is a no brainer. My bet is, though, that you do not do this every day. The thing is to drink at least eight, eight oz. glasses of water a day. The other thing is to eat at least five servings of fruit and vegetables every day. This sounds so easy but I have started counting all of the above and have found it much more difficult than I would ever have thought. Jeeze Louise, It seems like I am constantly forcing myself to drink more water and it seems like when I count the fruits and vegetables I have consumed each day, i come up short. Just curious, how about you readers? I would love to hear from you on this.
